I went to Lagos en route to South Korea. I was running away from the shame of my failed marriage and also to seek for greener pasture abroad. The details of this venture are in my book, PREDESTINED. Predestined is a book loaded with people management strategies and the mysterious ways through which God takes us to the ‘promised land’ among other mind-blowing expositions. The trip to South Korea was botched because while I was in Lagos preparing for my final exit, God spoke through somebody. I heard and obeyed. Rather than travel or go back to the East, I stayed back in Lagos to utilize Mama’s support money to get a Data Processing skill which was essential for a good job. Glory to God it worked despite the challenges. Indeed. it was not easy. It’s essential to surround yourself with the right persons – including persons with deep spiritual insights.

By divine inspiration, I approach life like the ants, the rock badgers, the locust, and the spider as recorded in the book of Proverbs chapter 30. I optimize my opportunities and now I am amazed that a blue bag and N25,000 given to me by my widow mother in 1990 has turned into good measure pressed down, shaken together and running over. As the blue bag has long been thrown away so has the goodness of God on my life erased the sufferings I went through. It’s simply awesome to allow God to rule your life (see Chapter 8 of Predestined).

Jeremiah 11:29 says, “For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope”. God provided for us before we landed here on this planet. I have enjoyed many things I never thought about from God, my Mr. Fix It.
